Our mission

Our mission is to promote sterling works of literature and enable noncommercial authors to earn an income. We aim to expand the circle of discerning readers and counteract the rise of commercialism in literature. Our work represents one of the practical ways in which the Polish government strives to sponsor and support culture. We are funded from public resources and private donations.

Arts quarterly „Nowy Napis. Liryka, epika, dramat” has been published since 2019. Our mission is to track the most important developments in Polish literature, confront various ideologies and aesthetics, initiate serious debate, and build a platform for the exchange of opinion in the field.
